Edcel Cabalan

Edcel Cabalan, a celebrated artist and recipient of the Ani ng Dangal 2022 Visual Arts Award and Outstanding Minglanillahanon 2023, has gained recognition for his masterful watercolor paintings of urbanscapes and architectural marvels. Despite losing vision in his right eye during the pandemic, he transformed adversity into inspiration, refining his craft with his functional left eye.
