Waaris Hasan

Waaris Hasan, a 22-year-old artist based in the UAE, is steadily building a name for himself in the art world while inspiring others, particularly individuals of determination. Diagnosed with developmental delay and autistic traits at a young age, he discovered his passion for art during his schooling at the Dasman Bilingual School in Kuwait, where he earned multiple accolades for his hard work and exemplary behavior.

To refine his talent, Waaris trained at ARTSPACE Gallery in Kuwait from 2018 to 2020, exploring diverse styles such as abstracts, calligraphy, and mixed media. After relocating to Dubai in 2021, he completed advanced art certifications at Lotus Education in Dubai Knowledge Park. Currently, he is affiliated with Reem Art Gallery and Jamjar Studio and has showcased his work at World Art Dubai in 2022 and 2023.

 

With aspirations of a full-time art career, Waaris is dedicated to inspiring persons of determination and demonstrating the power of perseverance and creativity.
