Hayat Events & Arts Policy
1. Registration Fees: All artists participating in exhibitions organized by Hayat Events & Arts are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee. No refunds will be issued after registration.
2. Artwork Shipping: International artists are responsible for shipping their artworks to and from the exhibition venue. They must also bear any import taxes or customs duties imposed by Dubai authorities, if applicable.
3. Artwork Handling: Hayat Events & Arts will handle all artworks with the utmost care during the exhibition. However, the organization will not be liable for any damage, theft, or loss of artworks.
4 .Sales Commission: Hayat Events & Arts will charge a commission on the sale of artworks during the exhibition. The commission percentage will be added on top of the artist quoted price.
5. Copyright: Artists retain full copyright and ownership of their artworks. Hayat Events & Arts reserves the right to use images of the artworks for promotional purposes.
6. Exhibition Duration: Artists must ensure that their artworks are available for the entire duration of the exhibition unless prior arrangements have been made with Hayat Events & Arts.
7. Code of Conduct: All artists are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards other artists, visitors, and Hayat Events & Arts staff during the exhibition.
8. Compliance with Laws: Artists must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the creation, exhibition, and sale of artworks.
9. Cancellation: Hayat Events & Arts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an exhibition due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancelation, artists have the option of using the amount for the upcoming exhibition or getting a refund.
